Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days in metro cities and 5–8 business days elsewhere in India. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹499. Orders below that are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes, alongside cards, UPI, and other online payment methods at checkout.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
Every SUNAE formula is dermatologically tested and free from harsh sulphates. That said, we always recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have known sensitivities.
Each product page lists the skin types and concerns it's formulated for. You can also filter by skin type and concern on our Shop page to narrow things down.
