Your Order ID is a 5-digit number prefixed with "ORD" (e.g. ORD-10001). You can find it in the order confirmation email and SMS sent to you right after purchase, or on your Account Dashboard under Order History.
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days in metro cities, and 5–8 business days elsewhere in India. We dispatch packages within 24 hours of confirmation.
If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please use the Contact Support button or drop us an email at support@sunaecosmetics.com. We will trace the shipment with our courier partner immediately.
You can cancel your order directly from the My Orders page before it is shipped. Once the order status is updated to Shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.
