Processing Time
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Timelines
Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days. Rest of India: 5–8 business days. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take a little longer — we'll let you know at checkout if that's the case.
Shipping Charges
Free on all orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below that amount.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships. You can also view live status any time from your Order History page.
Delays
Occasionally, weather, courier disruptions, or regional restrictions cause delays outside our control. If your order is running significantly late, reach out through our Contact page and we'll chase it down for you.
